SZFEAT”牌系列全自動槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)主要由清洗槽體（即半自動多槽式水基清洗機(jī)）和PLC微電腦控制智能輸送裝置組成，再根據(jù)不同需求配套有上下料臺、專用產(chǎn)品工裝、封閉罩、抽排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)裝置。輸送裝置從結(jié)構(gòu)上分有龍門多臂、單梁多臂、龍門單臂、單梁單臂等不同類型，從動力上分為變頻電動式和氣動式等不同類型，從輸送方式上又分為提升式、拔動式，滾動式等不同類型，從封閉罩上又分為全封閉式、半封閉式和敞開式等不同類型。常采取清洗、漂洗、防銹、干燥一體式設(shè)計，具有針對性強(qiáng)，潔凈度高、速度快、操作簡單、清洗完成直接進(jìn)入下一工序段且勞動強(qiáng)度低等特點。
